Just a small turnout for August duathlon training session. Thanks to Kendall Mcmaster, Paddy O’Sullivan, Deb Shapira and Diana Crossland for marshalling. Brooke and Rod took the opportunity to use the session as part of their preparation for the ITU World Championships in Chicago.
Paul Coombes had mechanical problems and only did one lap of the bike course.
