The Triathlon NSW Club Championships registration opens 8pm on Thursday 10th February, 2011
TriNSW are excited to bring you this remarkable event at a new venue in Foster. This year we will be capable of accommodating more TriNSW members than ever before so join us now to ensure your spot at this fantastic event. There is a great tradition, sensational camaraderie and solid competition between clubs in these senior club championships so get your club spirit into gear and register here after 8pm Thursday. The TNSW Club Champs continue to be the most successful ever staged, anywhere in Australia.
In its new home at Forster Keys this year’s Club Champs is destined to be the standout event of the year. The course is a 1k swim in the lake at Forster Keys (no rips, no waves). The Bike is a 30km out and back ride (no congested laps), & The Run is an 8km run beside the beautiful lake (3 laps so plenty of opportunities to support your club). If your club has never attended now is the time to plan! AND, start with ensuring club members are also members of TNSW/TA as the clubs have voted to make the 2011 Club Championships open to TNSW membership only.
It’s a great weekend of Club member bonding, a little or a lot of networking with other clubs, and a unique chance to compete for your club and not yourself – just one time in the season. And it’s FUN!
Forster and the Great Lakes region of NSW (the original home of Ironman in Australia!) will be the new long term home for the Club Champs ushering in a whole new era for this sensational weekend in the sport. All updated event information will appear on the website and be sent out to TriNSW Members once the final course is settled and locked in with local authorities.
