Great conditions for the club’s duathlon training session out at Iluka. The duathlon took the long run first, then bike and short run format. There were some new faces this morning, for the seniors and juniors, let’s hope we see you again and bring some friends along next month. Jessica Rosskelly was in great from backing up from her fantastic effort at 70.3 Cairns last weekend. Rod Rose was feeling the heat after his bronze medal at last weekend’s Australian Championships Standard Duathlon, complaining about the heat out on the course this morning and is looking forward to the conditions in Goulburn next month. Thanks to everyone who helped out to get the morning organised.
